Author Fees

The Review of Diabetic Studies (RDS) is an Open Access Journal, which ensures that readers worldwide have free access to the full text of all published articles. To sustain this model, a publication charge is required for all manuscripts accepted for publication.

This fee is payable after successful peer review and acceptance of the manuscript. It covers editorial processing, peer review coordination, manuscript formatting, typesetting of tables/figures/appendices, archiving, and online hosting.

Copy editing is provided on a limited basis. Authors are responsible for the overall accuracy and quality of English in their submissions. If extensive language editing is required, the corresponding author will be notified and may be asked to arrange professional proofreading before final acceptance.

Article Publication Charges

  • USD 1100 – Authors affiliated with institutions in developed countries.

  • USD 900 – Authors affiliated with institutions in developing countries.

These charges apply to manuscripts with up to 8 tables and/or figures. They also include standard grammar proofing to ensure publication-ready English.

Additional Charges

  • USD 50 per item – For each table or figure exceeding the initial allowance of 8.
